It’s been a busy summer with both work and play, and I’ve got the tan to prove it. This beautiful brand launched a while back, but I’m excited to finally show it off on the blog. Julie is a busy lady and a true force in the nutritional arena. She runs a thriving private practice that focuses on eating disorders, has a podcast called Love, Food and has built quite the personal following from her PCOS expertise. She speaks eloquently on healing our relationship with food and our bodies.
She came to me with a mixture of marketing materials, websites and designs across all of her materials and was looking for a way to make everything consistent. We decided to create a personal brand that could serve as an umbrella for all that she does and then create smaller mini brands based off that look for her private practice and podcast.
Julie is so warm, easy to talk to and laid back, and I think that came through perfectly in her new look. Hand lettering combined with a little illustration was a perfect fit for her combined with more modern, simplistic submarks. Her brand topographic-inspired pattern is used throughout her website and print pieces to allude to the journey her clients are on. We created 3 brands, 2 websites, 2 sets of business cards and some marketing materials over the course of several months, and it all feels just as cozy as her personality.
