KLS Interior Design is an Arizona interior design firm that first wanted to update their website copy but then realized how much they would benefit from a full re-brand. Kim is a true artist and was such a joy to work with. Her process is so intentional, creative and personal. One of the unique aspects we really wanted to pull out in her visual brand is that she specializes in hand drafting. Because of this, we focused on a handdrawn logo and patterns that are imperfect and beautiful. Her overall look appeals to a very specific Arizona aesthetic but with a modern twist so that it’s recognizable but appeals to people who are ready to update their look. We created multiple patterns and textures for her brand, all full of personality. Most are based on a distinguished Southwest tile look with some simpler geometric, but still handdrawn, patterns. This was such a fun project full of artistry. Deb Mitchell came up with the perfect tagline to hone in on Kim’s expertise of reimagining existing spaces.
